We are struggling to accept that you’re gone, Coach Leroy.
You had such a genuine passion for helping others. Always sharing your knowledge, always seeing when someone needed a hand, and never hesitating to give it. You were a true coach, someone who inspired so many people to become better versions of themselves.
If you knew Leroy, you’ve probably heard his signature reply whenever you thanked him: “Absolute pleasure.” And he meant it. Helping people really was his absolute pleasure.
We were lucky to have three amazing years with Leroy at Arena, during the years when Arena itself was still young. You helped us build so much of the foundation and culture that Arena still stands on today. Your impact is still here, and always will be.
No words make losing you this suddenly any easier.
Thank you for everything, Coach. For everything you gave to Arena, and even more, for everything you gave to the people around you.
Rest in peace, Leroy. You will be deeply missed. 🤍
