สัปดาห์นี้ People Matters ได้จัดวงสนทนาแบบปิดห้อง เรื่องความเสี่ยงของการวางตัวผู้นำรุ่นต่อไป (Succession Risk) ร่วมกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงกลุ่มเล็กๆ ที่ British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT)

ไม่มีสไลด์ ไม่มีพิธีรีตอง มีแค่บทสนทนาตรงๆ ในเรื่องที่หลายองค์กรมักเลี่ยงจนกว่าจะสายเกินไป ใครจะขึ้นมานำต่อ และเราพร้อมจริงหรือยัง
