20th Anniversary for the Phuket Laguna Marathon and my 6th consecutive run 14.06.26 ...

6 yrs of LAGUNA PHUKET …

And then after that on Sept 27 it's another short but fun run 10km in King Rama Park where i run sometimes ...

Then on the weekend of Sept 12-13 im doing my first competitive trail run The Phuket 25 part of the Phuket 100, i do trail runs all the time but never a timed run...

Short notice meet up this morning at 5am, for the Lululemon Run Club, great run, lots of runners and i finished 5th...

APRIL 11 Laguna Sunset Beach Run 6.5 KM…
( Great run, did it barefoot and ran in the breakwater so quite difficult, but the first time i have done a competitive marathon with Toby he loved it ) …

The newest 100km in 1 Month Virtual Challenge ... And the finisher Cert ...

MARCH 22 RAWAI SABAI RUN 10km 51.07 ( Promthep Cape Phuket, lots of hills and the wife came to see me this time ) ...
