Many people have asked me,
“Did you have a background in movement, anatomy, or healthcare before Pilates?”

No. Not at all.

I started from zero — not knowing, just like many people when they first begin.

I’m not the smartest.
I’m not the most talented.

But one thing I know about myself:

I’m someone who doesn’t let go easily.
Once I decide to learn something, I keep going.

I study. I practice. I question. I make mistakes.
Then I learn more and keep moving forward.
