Had the absolute pleasure of sharing double Chumphon Pinnacle with only my 🤙🤙🤙 dive buddy Linzi and 5 other pro divers on Goodtime Adventure’s pro diving Saturday trip last week!

Private Chumphon? Yes, please!!!

While there was a lot of sediment in the water, the viz was actually quite good - the video doesn’t do it justice. And since I just bought myself a new toy 💦📷 I was excited to test it out! (yes, it's shaky and choppy, oh well!)

Chumphon was packed with life, including barracuda, curious batfish, giant grouper, fusilier, trevally, and some ADORABLE baby filefish! 🐠🐟🌊 Sadly, no 🐳🦈 – but they’re about right now – maybe I’ll get one next week.

It’s been a while since I’ve been active on here, but you can expect lots more fishy vids in the future – especially with a few exciting dive trips planned in the next months! 🐠🏝️🪸🦈🐙🐬

Lovely day of diving with DMT Eme yesterday! Who doesn't love searching for whale sharks at Chumphon AND Southwest?!

The next DMT Rotation starts on November 9th! Get over to Koh Tao and start your DMT earlier and get diving ASAP - it's whale shark season! 😍🐳🦈😉😘

💙💙💙💙💙 Did you know that since the end of March, Big Blue made a commitment to feed all of its staff (family) twice per day, every lunch and dinner during the coronavirus shut down? How amazing is it that the company has continued to look after its people in such a loving way!?! The Big Blue Soup Kitchen is ending at the end of this month, but during the time it operated, it will have provided me and the rest of the staff with 93 days of food and 170 total meals served to their staff with love. THANK YOU 🙏 BIG BLUE! 💙💙💙💙💙

A big congratulations goes out to Alexey on the completion of 3 Scuba certifications with me over the past week! 🤙🤙🤙

We started off with the advanced course which allowed us to taste a wide variety of diving, including buoyancy work, navigation, deep diving and wreck diving! 🐬🐠🐙

Then Alexey moved on to complete his Night Spec where we spotted the most adorable baby cuttlefish and played with some stunning bioluminescence! ✨✨✨

For the grand finale, we were off to Sail Rock and Samran Pinnacle (the premiere dive sites in the Gulf of Thailand) to complete the Enriched Air Nitrox Specialty! 😎

He even managed to leave us with the SSI Specialty Diver recognition card! 👊👊👊

I'm super proud of Alexey! 🏅When he came to me, his primary goals were to perfect his buoyancy, reduce his air consumption, and have a load of fun! Over the course of 9 Dives together, we saw a tremendous improvement in his buoyancy and confidence underwater. Additionally, he managed to drop his gas consumption from over 20L/minute to 12 L/minute, making him a prime candidate for diving on nitrox. As for having a great time? That was the easiest part! 🤙🤙🤙

Congratulations, Alexey! Keep diving and enjoy those future liveaboard trips! 🚢

Congratulations to Lennie on achieving several SCUBA certs with us! First was hishis Advanced Adventurer cert! We dove down to 30m, at night, at Samran with loads of fish and a dive with a turtle! 🐢🐢🐢

But that wasn't enough, so then we jumped into the Stress and Rescue course Where myself and acted like the WORST DIVERS EVER and Lennie kept his cool and got us out of every scrape we could imagine! 💪

He also managed to drop his SAC (breathing) rate down to 10 liters per minute, which is astonishingly good for a guy (even a professional male diver)!🤙🤙

What's next for Lennie? 🤞Hopefully, lots more diving!! Safe travels mate, and hope to see you back here soon! 👊
