Roctopus Dive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Conservation Manager to lead our EcoTrust Marine Conservation Department on Koh Tao, Thailand.

Role Responsibilities

- Teach marine conservation courses, ranging from 5-day programs to 3-month internships

- Work closely alongside our professional dive team

- Manage and coordinate conservation activities and logistics

- Respond to emails and student enquiries

- Organise schedules, projects, and course operations

- Lead and supervise groups of students and interns

Requirements

- Certified Dive Instructor

- Marine Biologist or possess relevant marine conservation experience

- Currently in Thailand and available to start immediately

- Highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Comfortable with public speaking and teaching large groups

- Passion for marine conservation and education
