Fight night is always memorable. Tonight we had four boxers: Yod Siam, New Dao, Yim Siam and Luca. Congratulations to all, you made this night fun.

Yim Siam’s 6th fight ends with the blue corner throwing in the towel after three rounds. Fun fight and a few flying knees as well. Maybe this becoming the signature move of the gym?

New Dao looked confident and his timing was spot on. He gets the job done in three rounds with a perfectly timed right punch.

Yodsiam has his first fight tonight. He was losing in round 1 but came back strong in the second and third rounds to clinch the win. Amazing fight and well done both kids.

We all have goals, the flying knee for example.

Battle ropes aren’t just about power, they build endurance, strengthen your core, improve coordination, and keep your hands moving even when you’re tired. Every second counts. 🥊💪

Battle ropes are great for Muay Thai because they help develop cardiovascular endurance, explosive upper-body power, shoulder stamina (important for keeping your guard up), grip strength, core stability, and overall conditioning while being low-impact on the joints.
