There are no shortcuts or perfect plans that get you there overnight. Just reps. Quiet, consistent, sometimes boring, always necessary reps.

So whether the first half of the year went exactly as planned or completely off the rails, the answer for the second half is the same: keep stacking. Keep showing up. Keep putting in the reps. Because results don't come from intensity, they come from repetition. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
