Pause for a moment and consider what race day looks like through the eyes of a young driver.

Picture them sitting on the grid, visor down, engine running, nerves building. Their heart is pounding, yet they're still at an age where they're learning how to manage pressure and make sense of those intense feelings.

Think about what happens after a spin, a mistake, a crash, or a result that doesn't go their way. The emotions arrive all at once, but they may not yet have the experience or language to understand why they're feeling so frustrated, upset, or disappointed.

Think about the journey from pretending to be their racing idols in the driveway to suddenly competing in front of parents, coaches, officials, and other families.

Imagine making a mistake with everyone watching.

Imagine returning to the pits wondering if you've let people down.

Imagine carrying those thoughts when you're only 6, 8, 10, or 12 years old.

At that age, you're still discovering who you are.

You're still learning where confidence comes from.

You're still figuring out that mistakes aren't failures—they're part of learning and improving.

You're still trying to understand why one race weekend can feel incredible while the next feels devastating.

These young drivers are learning how to compete.

Learning how to win.

Learning how to lose.

Learning how to handle setbacks.

And learning what it feels like to do all of that in front of other people.

Behind every helmet is a young mind that is still growing, still developing, and still learning how to navigate emotions in an environment that can be exciting, demanding, and intense.

That's why the role of the adults around them matters so much.

We can add to the pressure, expectations, and stress that already exist—or we can be the steady presence that helps them feel supported, valued, and safe regardless of the result.

Because years from now, they probably won't remember every finishing position or lap time.

But they will remember how the people around them treated them.

And for a child, that will always be remembered more than trophies.

1. Závod MSR na Slovakiaringu pre mňa začal veľmi úspešne. Veľmi rýchlo som si zvykol na novú káru, iný štýl jazdy. Konkurencia bola silná 💪
V kvalifikácii som dal 15. miesto, z 29.
1. závod - P8
2. závod - P5
3. závod - z P2 som po havárii a poškodení káry nedojazdil.
Celkovo som sa umiestnil na P4 v súťaži MP.
