Main goal:
• To share methods, techniques, and
approaches that have been tested over time
• To create a strong and inspiring
environment for high-level exchange of
experience
• To build a solid foundation of knowledge for
the further growth of present and future
generations.

• Development of creativity and vocabulary
• Games and methods to unlock freedom of movement
• Footwork as the main transition in breaking
• Layers and details within combos
• Fundamentals and advanced variations
• Improvement of shapes, forms and body control
• Mindset, consistency and longevity
