Wax coating is an important part of protecting the teeth of our steel rollers. 🛠️

The protective wax layer helps prevent corrosion, damage, and external influences during storage and transportation, ensuring that the teeth remain in perfect condition until installation.

Did you know that choosing the right profile can significantly reduce marks on the workpiece?

We offer nine different profiles, including the profile X, which provides excellent grip while ensuring gentle operation (marks less than 1 mm deep).

We also manufacture custom options:
- a flat profile, or
- a smooth roller (without teeth) for processes where a completely mark-free surface is required.

All steel rollers are made of high-quality hardened steel.

For extended durability and easier cleaning, rollers can also be supplied with an additional hard-chrome surface layer.
