Pack up your kayak, make sure your hammock has a net and that the dog knows how to sit down. And yes, take enough water, speargun and you are set.
Usually we go to the sea side off season, but during the summer guiding season even a few day “escape “like this feels magical. Napping on the sounds of cicada, diving with a speargun in your hand, rowing on this beautiful limestone cliffs. A perfect mid season reset.

Passing on the knowledge is one of my favourite parts in guiding. And with the knowledge that we have, we can adjust it to your needs. Self rescue in via ferrata, belaying, building anchors, abseiling, climbing and cruising around the beautiful limestone spires… a week full of fun!

In the next few days I am going to show my summer season. I didn’t post much so I promise to show you where we were from June on.
After Iceland guiding season, we went to Monte Rosa and Chamonix. Our goal was Mont Blanc, but conditions made a bit of a change to our plan. We did a few 4000m meter peaks on skis, some nice climbing and via ferrata. A great start of the summer guiding season.

Where to go next. In between the guiding days we are studying weather, conditions, reading avalanche forecasts. At the moment there are complex conditions in the certain parts of the Alps. Play safe and stay patient.
