đHow did you score?
The sitting-rising test sounds simple. But it measures strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and muscle power all at once, which is why researchers found it so strongly linked to longevity.
The good news: no matter how you scored, you can get better at it!
â
Mobility improves with practice
â
Balance responds to targeted training
â
Strength builds at every age
If youâre having problems like stiff joints, poor balance, or feeling weaker than you used to, this is exactly where to focus.
Want help improving your score (and how your body feels day-to-day)?
My 1:1 coaching program helps women over 50 rebuild strength and mobility in a way that actually fits their life.
DM me "STRONG" and Iâll walk you through it.

âŹď¸ Comment âCALCâ and Iâll send you the link to find your biological age.
đ You have two ages. One is on your birth certificate. The other one? You're living it every day.
The gap between your chronological age and your biological age comes down to your habits:
â
How you move
â
How you sleep
â
What you eat
â
How you manage stress
It's never too late to start closing that gap.
Want to know where youâre at?

coming back to the gym after a long trip, most of my clients will say almost the same thing "Today's session feels difficult".
What's interesting is, i will usually drop the intensity slightly. But this is the truth of when we loose the momentum.
We train. We build. We gain. We go on break. We restart. This is the usual cycle.
To overcome this i tell my clients this "something is better than nothing".
I don't need my clients to do a full workout on their own but i do want them to stay active.

What are the top 3 songs you've been listening to on repeat lately?
Here are mine right now:
đ§ Risk It All ~ Bruno Mars
đ§ POWER ~ G-DRAGON
đ§ ANYTHING MADE BY KENDRICK LAMAR!!!
These have been on heavy rotation.
Music has such a powerful way of shifting your mood. Studies show it actually boosts mood, helps you push harder during workouts, and can even help you go longer without feeling as tired.
If you've got a song that always gets you moving, send it my way. My workout playlist could always use a few extra songs!
