A huge thank you to everyone who spent their Saturday afternoon with us at our very first BFT Taman Jurong Kettlebell Basics Course 💪
Over the session, we covered:

The Performance Benchmark isn’t about competing with anyone else—it’s about tracking your own progress, celebrating every milestone, and seeing just how far you can go.
Over the next 9 weeks, we’ll progress through four training phases, each designed with a purpose:

🔹 Weeks 3–4: Increase training volume and time under tension.
