A huge thank you to 曹光裕教授、赖勇生教练 and Wuzong for this amazing and enriching talk on the connection between Wushu and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)! 🙏🏻

It was an insightful session exploring how TCM can support athletes in injury management, recovery, and daily maintenance, giving our athletes a deeper understanding of how to better care for their bodies both in and out of training.

Thank you to 曹光裕教授 & 赖勇生教练 for sharing your knowledge and experience with us, and to Wuzong for making this meaningful session possible! ❤️

To all our parents and students, thank you for giving your time, effort and energy throughout the many practices and rehearsals. We know the schedules were not always easy, but you always accommodated without a word and continued to support us all the way. 🥹

From the tiring rehearsals to the final moment on stage, seeing everyone come together, have fun and give their best made everything worthwhile.
