This weekend training is designed for practitioners, yoga teachers, and wellness enthusiasts who want to explore wheel yoga with a safe, structured, and injury-aware approach.
Led by Dr. Ram, Yoga Acharya, Yoga Ratna, Grand Master, and E-RYT 500 teacher with 40 years of teaching experience, this program brings together the right balance of theory, practice, alignment, anatomy, breathwork, and teaching skills.
The training will focus on:
• Safe alignment and injury-aware methodology
• Anatomy and breathwork for better spinal health
• Practical use of the yoga wheel
• Balance of theory, practice, and teaching techniques

A yoga studio becomes special because of the people who show up, practise, breathe, and grow together.
That’s what we’re building at Ojas.
Four days of movement, imagination, learning and a whole lot of fun.
Our Kids Yoga Holiday Workshop brought together yoga poses, animal movements, arm balances, games, storytelling, skits, brain activities and Mandala art. The highlight for many was rope yoga, a playful new challenge the children absolutely loved.
The workshop also included an engaging diet talk by an Ayurveda doctor, helping children understand healthy habits in a simple and enjoyable way.
More than a holiday activity, it was a space for children to build confidence, creativity, focus and body awareness while making new friends.
