Being a Tail Walker is one of the most rewarding volunteer roles at parkrun. You get to be the friendly face at the back of the pack, making sure no one finishes last because with a Tail Walker, everyone finishes ahead of someone!

It's the perfect role if you're:
✨ New to volunteering
✨ Recovering from injury
✨ Wanting to walk rather than run
✨ Keen to chat and encourage others along the way

No experience needed—just a smile and a willingness to walk 5km. Why not give it a go this weekend? We'd love to have you in hi-vis! 💜
