We’re getting closer to the finish line, and this week is all about sharpening performance, staying consistent, and showing how much stronger you’ve become. Expect challenging sessions that test both grit and control, so trust the process and keep showing up. 💪

Monday | HIRT
Strength under fatigue is the name of the game. Stay controlled, pace smart, and keep moving well even when the legs start negotiating with your brain.

Tuesday | Summit
Longer efforts, shorter recovery, time to build that engine. Find your rhythm and stay steady because smooth is fast here.

Wednesday | Hyper
Upper body focus with extra push and pull work to build strength and stability. Control every rep, because throwing weights dramatically only works in movies.

Thursday | Cardio U
Fast gear changes and higher sprint demands will test your conditioning. Be sharp with your pacing and own every intensity shift.

Friday | Strength
Heavy lifting day is here. Lower reps mean heavier loads, so bring focus, intent, and confidence to every set.

Saturday | Podium
Performance mode ON. Move efficiently, work as a team, and push for your best score because the weekend calories won’t burn themselves. 🔥
