Stop 🚫 kicking into your headstands!

If you are constantly kicking up or leaning against a wall, you are actually building the wrong muscle memory and keeping yourself stuck in fear. 🤦‍♂️ Falling over or straining your neck is NOT part of the process!

Here is how you master a flawless, balanced headstand in just 7 days by using control instead of momentum. 🧘‍♂️✨

1️⃣ Stabilize: Press your elbows firmly into the mat, drop your head, and walk your feet forward.
2️⃣ The Half Headstand: Do NOT kick. Bend one knee to your chest, shift your weight, and let the other foot lift naturally.
3️⃣ Extend & Breathe: Once you find that sweet spot of alignment, bring both legs up. Stay calm, engage your core, and trust your breath.
