What a joyful day filled with laughter, happy chats, and refreshing breezes as we enjoyed a scenic trishaw ride along the Kallang River. 💕🌊

The fun continued with a reminiscence art therapy charm-making activity, bringing back cherished memories while creating something meaningful together.

More than just an outing, it was a wonderful opportunity to connect, make new friends, share laughter, and build meaningful friendships—helping to reduce isolation and bring everyone closer together. 🤝❤️

Muscle-Building Exercise Session

A fun and engaging workout using dumbbells, stretch bands, colourful balloons, and music to improve muscle strength, core stability, coordination, balance, and flexibility. 🎈💪😍
