Japan with the Hungry Bros just hits differently.
This throwback takes us back to our 2025 adventure, where the best memories weren’t always the ones on the itinerary.
Late-night mahjong sessions that somehow went on for hours. FamilyMart and 7-Eleven snack runs. Fresh sashimi that we’ll probably still be talking about years from now. Random swings at the park. Countless laughs. Long conversations. The kind of moments you can’t really plan.
That’s what Hungry Bros trips have always been about. Good food, great company, and discovering a side of Japan that most tourists never get to experience.
This November, we’re heading back.
We’re also planning an NFT gathering in Osaka to meet fellow collectors, holders, builders, and anyone who still believes in the friendships this space has created. Whether you’ve been here since the mint or you’ve only just discovered the community, we’d love to meet you.

A little life update through 10 random slides.
First up, a programme that’s been part of my life for 21 years. It used to run four times a year, now only twice, which somehow makes every session even more meaningful. Getting to impact young lives never gets old. Plus, it’s one of the few times I get to dust off a suit and pretend I’m a proper adult.
Hungry Bros is still alive and kicking too. After a few meet-ups that didn’t quite work out, we finally had one I’m really proud of, a heritage walk filled with good conversations, laughs and, of course, food.
I’ve also somehow caught the One Piece bug and spread it to everyone around me. Our group chats have gone from normal conversations to card pulls, rare finds and deck discussions. Oh, and I managed to get two manga rares. Not that I’m bragging… okay, maybe a little. 😂
Spending time with my business partners is something I’ll never take for granted. Watching people grow, take risks and step outside their comfort zones is one of the best parts of the journey.
Community events continue to remind me that bringing people together is something I genuinely enjoy. There’s something special about seeing a plan become a memory for someone else.
And lastly, I miss travelling. Thankfully that’s changing soon. Japan is calling this November. If you’ve ever wanted to go, maybe this is your sign. DM me, haha.
Looking through these photos, I realised life isn’t really measured by milestones. It’s measured by the people you meet, the hobbies you pick up, the communities you build and the adventures still waiting for you.

Life moves fast.
Hans is now a proud dad, Amira is on her way to getting married, and somehow this photo captures a moment we’ll never get back.
We’ve spent years working together on and off, meeting every few months and picking up right where we left off.
Me? Still single. Still naughty. 😂

Having lived in Jalan Kayu for over 20 years, Eunice is delighted to see her estate transform into a more supportive and comfortable environment for all generations. She and her 86-year-old mum are especially thrilled about the new Jalan Kayu Community Health Club, which connects them with neighbours through exercise and preventive health programmes.
Eunice is grateful to MP for Ang Mo Kio GRC (Jalan Kayu division), Ms Ng Ling Ling for her dedication to building a neighbourhood that nurtures families like theirs. She looks forward to ageing well in a place they can proudly call home—Jalan Kayu.
