My classes will officially commence starting September - every Monday and Wednesday, 8:30-10pm.

will be teaching Women’s Only BJJ classes every Wednesday, 7:30-8:30pm. All of Sh**un’s Women’s Only classes (BJJ & Muay Thai) will be FREE OF CHARGE for the whole of September! DM if you’re interested!

Congratulations to my PT student for winning silver today! Beautiful display of composure for his first competition - winning the first round via arm bar but unfortunately losing the finals via DQ 😂
