We are looking for an experienced Myanmar caregiver to care for an 85-year-old elderly mother in a Singaporean Chinese/Buddhist household.
👵 Patient's condition & care needs:
Currently in a community hospital and expected to be discharged
End-stage kidney disease and receiving palliative care
Also has diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid and cholesterol conditions
Requires diapers and has a urine catheter
Needs assistance with showering, feeding, transferring and medication
On Level 4 puréed diet
Has lost weight during her hospital stay
Requires a caregiver who can manage elderly care independently and confidently
🏠 Household:
Elderly mother, husband and wife
Caregiver will share a room with the elderly mother
