Coach Nifal Ranks Diets!
â €
*This video is a generalisation and is not set in nature. It does not apply to ALL cases and each diet strategy has their argument for and against using it. At the end of the day, the best diet is the one that you can adhere to long-term.

Stop treating your post-workout recovery like a budget line item. 📉
â €
You’ve likely noticed a massive price gap between protein powders. It is tempting to grab the cheapest tub on the shelf, but here is the reality: not all protein is created equal.
â €
In this video, we are breaking down the difference between high-quality, transparent supplements and the "budget" options that rely on fillers to inflate their protein counts. At The PIT, we focus on evidence-based results, and that starts with what you are putting into your body to support muscle protein synthesis.
â €
The bottom line: If your supplement is not providing the necessary amino acid profile for recovery, you are not saving money, you are wasting your training effort.

Disclaimer: This video is a simplified breakdown for general public understanding and does not apply to every brand on the market. There are many reputable brands, such as Meiji, that conduct regular third-party testing and offer high-quality protein at an affordable price point. Always look for transparent labeling and quality control, regardless of the price tag

Ross ruptured a disc in his spine and had to undergo a microdiscectomy.
â €
When he came to us, the goal was not strength. It was recovery.
â €
We focused on restoring mobility to his spine and building posterior chain strength, the foundation that had to come back before anything else could.
â €
That work paid off.
â €
Ross is back doing traditional strength training. And now he is training for an Ironman.
â €
This is what is possible when the programme is built around where you actually are, not where you wish you were.
â €
If you are dealing with an injury or have been told to stay away from training, that does not always have to be the end of the story.

Coach Kevin. 12kg down.
â €
He decided enough was enough and committed to the work.
â €
Less energy, less confidence, a body that did not match who he actually is. That is where he started.
â €
12kg later, that is changing.
â €
This is what happens when you train with a programme built specifically for you and actually stick to it.
â €
If your body has been holding you back, this is your sign to start.
