A constructive family justice system is about more than applying the law. It is also about helping families find closure and rebuild. As Singapore’s family justice system continues to embrace a therapeutic justice approach, this holistic approach is becoming increasingly important.
Our Head of Family Law, Low Jin Liang, recently attended a session with Minister Edwin Tong on "Getting Family Justice Right." Discussions centered on how family law practitioners can better support families through difficult times.
Thank you to the Ministry of Law for bringing together key voices in the legal community for this important dialogue.
