Before a single weld is laid down, each tube is carefully positioned in a precision frame jig.

The jig holds every angle and measurement exactly where it needs to be, ensuring the frame remains perfectly aligned throughout the welding process.

With everything securely in place, the tubes are tack welded to lock the frame together.

Once the alignment has been checked one final time, the full welds are completed, joining the frame into a single, incredibly strong and precise structure.

It’s a process that demands patience, precision and craftsmanship - because a few millimetres here can make all the difference once you’re out on the trail.
