Coach Tracy will be leading these classes:
Thursday 8/9am class from 11th June
Tuesday 7pm class from 16th June
bringing her steady, progressive coaching style into these sessions.
NCSF Certified | ISA Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Specialist
Tracy believes fitness should be both effective and sustainable. Whether your goal is strength, fat loss, or improved performance, her coaching is focused on long-term progress—not intensity for intensity’s sake.

Sean comes from Singapore’s national rugby program, where discipline, grit and performance were the standard 🏉 Now he brings that same elite mindset into every training session.
And here’s the bonus... he’s also a chef 👨🍳 which means he knows training and nutrition. Dangerous combo.

Starting April 8th, Clara will be leading our Wednesday 7 PM Accumulation class. 🏋️♀️💪
A little about Clara:
• As an experienced athlete, Clara has been involved in sports from a young age and is currently playing competitive rugby 🏉
• She trained for many years and realised how important proper technique and structured training is 🧠
• Clara is ACE personal training certified 🎓
Her goal as a coach is simple:
Ensure you move with proper form and technique 💯
Her focus will be on:
• Building strong, efficient, and balanced movement patterns 🏃♀️✨
• Emphasizing injury prevention in both sports and daily life 🛡️
• Helping you move safely and effectively to enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injury 🤸♀️💪
