More than swimming. A pathway to confidence, competition and beyond.

For nearly a decade, Tao Li Swimming Club has been trusted by more than 10,000 families across Singapore.

From a childโ€™s first experience in the water to competitive swimming and longer-term goals such as DSA, our structured pathway supports every stage of their development:

๐ŸŠ Learn to Swim โ€” Levels 1 to 7
๐Ÿ† Competition Squad โ€” Fitness to Fighter
๐ŸŽฏ DSA Preparation Pathway
๐Ÿ“Š Performance benchmarks and competition planning
๐Ÿ’ช Long-term athlete development

For swimmers considering DSA, an individual assessment helps us understand their current performance, competition experience and training needsโ€”so we can recommend a realistic development plan.

Six of our artistic swimmers are heading to Bangkok to compete in the 12th Asian Age Group Championships, taking place from 17โ€“25 July 2026.

Led by Coach Li Jing, our swimmers will compete across three age-group categories: 12 & Under, 13โ€“15, and Junior.

They are ready to represent Singapore, showcase their hard work, teamwork and passion, and gain valuable experience on the regional stage.

Keep your neck still and stable. A steady head position helps keep the body higher in the water, prevents the hips from sinking, and reduces drag.
