Our creative social media wizard who’s always cooking up ways to turn the team’s chaos into content, Cara puts a OneFF twist to every trend and makes sure our wacky moments are immortalised.

With Cara around, there’s never a dull moment - chances are she’s probably made you laugh with her contagious laughter or antics. A true family person, she’s the ultimate playmate to her nieces and nephews and loves hanging out with her chosen fam.

Between floorball, gym sessions, work hustles and new side quests, Cara’s earning XP points to build her dream life full of growth and fun, in the company of those she loves ✨

Meet Bav!

Did someone say…mother? Yes, Bav is fully in her mom era and still absolutely crushing it. A real-life superwoman, she juggles her career, raising her baby girl, being a dog mom, AND being an athlete.

One moment she’s reading bedtime stories, the next she’s lifting weights in the gym, or lacing up for training and holding the fort as a fierce defender. Despite her packed schedule, you can count on her to show up with kopi o kosong in hand, along with her razor-sharp wit.

Meet Emily!

Prof, Dean, sport psychologist — Emily wears many hats and somehow juggles it all. By day, she’s teaching psychology, planning curricula, writing research papers, and helping athletes unlock medal-winning mindsets. On court, she’s our go-to hype-woman, always getting the team mentally locked in.

Titles aside, her true role is a self-proclaimed cat slave, at the mercy of her feline overlords whom she keeps well-fed and happy. Her weekends are reserved for serious commitments: catching football matches or singing and dancing to her beloved Taylor Swift records (yes, the full collection). 😸
