πŸ’™πŸ€½β€β™‚οΈ U10/U12 Friendly Match with Pacer πŸ€½β€β™€οΈπŸ’™

What a fantastic day in the pool for our young Aegir athletes!

Our U10 and U12 teams took part in a friendly match with Pacer, marking the very first official friendly game for many of our players. It was wonderful to see them step onto the pool deck with courage, enthusiasm, and team spirit.

We are incredibly proud of how they represented Aegirβ€”giving their best effort, supporting one another, and embracing the challenges of competitive play. Every match is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence, and today was an important milestone in their water polo journey.

Thank you to Pacer for the friendly gameand great sportsmanship. We hope all our young players had an enjoyable experience, made new friends, and came away with valuable lessons that will help them continue to develop both in and out of the pool.

Well done, Aegir! The future looks bright. 🌟

πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬βœˆοΈπŸ‡ΉπŸ‡Ό Aegir U15 Taipei Training Trip 2026 πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡ΌβœˆοΈπŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

Our Under-15 Water Polo team has just returned from an unforgettable week-long training trip in Taipei, Taiwan, and we couldn't be prouder of what they accomplished both in and out of the pool.

Over six days, the team participated in 5 intensive training and sparring sessions with Taiwan Water Polo Club. The experience exposed our athletes to different playing styles, training methods, and competitive environments, helping them elevate their technical skills while forging meaningful international friendships.

But this journey was about much more than water polo. Between training sessions, friendly matches, cultural exploration, and navigating the vibrant city of Taipei, our players were challenged to step outside their comfort zones and grow as young individuals.

πŸ’ͺ Key lessons

πŸ”Ή Independence
Learning to manage themselves responsibly while adapting to a new culture, schedule, and environment.

πŸ”Ή Resilience
Embracing unfamiliar training standards, overcoming challenges, and pushing through physical and mental demands.

πŸ”Ή Discipline
Understanding that it takes everyday discipline to get into the best condition to win games

From training sessions and team dinners to night markets, cultural landmarks, and shared experiences, every moment contributed to memories and lessons that will stay with them for years to come.

A huge thank you to our coaches, managers, parents, hosts, and training partners in Taiwan for making this trip possible. Most importantly, congratulations to our young athletes for representing Aegir with dedication, sportsmanship, and pride. 🌊🏐
