Celebrating Years of Dedication & Service 🌟
Our Final Long Service Spotlight: Patrick Soong ✨

Celebrating 30 years of dedicated service with NSRCC's Resort – Event Management Department, Patrick looks back on his journey with many fond memories of the events and experiences he has been part of at the Club.

From the 1998 Ericsson Singapore Open Golf event to his time as a DJ and soundman at D’Turret Lounge (now Heron Room), and later supporting major DSTA seminars, Patrick has enjoyed a fulfilling journey at NSRCC.

What keeps Patrick motivated is seeing positive results from the work he completes. He finds great satisfaction when clients and guests share that their events went well and appreciate his service. Being invited on stage twice to receive Certificates of Appreciation has also been a meaningful recognition of his work.

Receiving the Long Service Award gives Patrick an opportunity to reflect on the many good memories he has made at the Club over the years. His advice to new colleagues is to be sincere and truthful, maintain good working relationships, do your best in every task, and take pride in your work.
