The Singapore Open Teams will be held across two weekends, with full entry and single weekend entry options available.

🇦🇺 Sydney Spring Nationals 2026
📅 17–25 October 2026
📍 Canterbury Park Racecourse, Sydney, Australia

The Sydney Spring Nationals is one of Australia’s largest bridge tournaments, featuring nine days of high-quality bridge with 18 diverse events for players of different levels.

International players will need an Australian Bridge Federation (ABF) number to register.

🌏 2026 Asia-Pacific Fall Transnational Bridge Championships
📅 1–7 November 2026
📍 Qingdao Haitian Hotel, Qingdao, China

The event features Open Teams, Swiss Cup Teams, and Board-a-Match Open Teams, with a total prize pool of US$200,000.

🌏 2026 Seoul International Bridge Tournament
📅 16–18 November 2026
📍 Conference Room E, COEX, Gangnam, Seoul, Korea

Registration Period:
10 June 2026, 10:00am – 30 September 2026, 6:00pm

Teams must consist of 4–6 players. Entry fee is KRW 800,000 per team.

Registration is limited to the first 80 teams on a first-come, first-served basis.

🇯🇵 21st Kanagawa Governor’s Cup Bridge Tournament
📅 28–29 November 2026
📍 Kanagawa, Japan

NPO Ofuna Bridge Center has invited overseas players to participate in the 21st Kanagawa Governor’s Cup Bridge Tournament.

The event will be played in a Swiss Teams format with four flights:
• Flight A – Open Team
• Flight B – Advanced Team
• Flight C – Intermediate Team
• Flight D – Novice Team

International teams travelling from overseas may participate free of charge. Mixed teams with domestic and international members are also free if at least 4 players are from overseas.

The organisers are also happy to assist with hotel arrangements for visiting teams.

📍 Indoor Sports Centre, Olympic Council of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur

The Malaysian Contract Bridge Association will be hosting the 9th South East Asia Bridge Federation Championships and 42nd ASEAN Bridge Club Championships in Kuala Lumpur.

Eligibility:
• SEABF Championships: For citizens of South East Asian NBOs
• ASEAN Championships: Open to all players

Urgent Call: APBF Youth Championships – U26W and U16 Replacements Needed

Dear all,

SCBA is urgently seeking potential replacement players for the upcoming APBF Youth Championships, specifically for the following categories:

• U26 Women (U26W)
• U16

Players may sign up as individuals. You do not need to form a complete team before indicating your interest.

📌 SCBA Membership Renewal for AGM Voting
Members who wish to vote in the upcoming AGM are required to renew their SCBA membership by 15 August 2026.

This is an extension of the original renewal deadline of 31 July 2026, to give the local bridge community ample time to be involved and ensure voting eligibility is updated ahead of the AGM.

🇯🇵 21st Kanagawa Governor’s Cup Bridge Tournament
📅 28–29 November 2026
📍 Kanagawa, Japan

NPO Ofuna Bridge Center has invited overseas players to participate in the 21st Kanagawa Governor’s Cup Bridge Tournament.

The event will be played in a Swiss Teams format with four flights, and flights will be assigned based on the master points of team members. Teams should provide players’ master points as recognised by their national federation when registering.

🌏 9th SEABF Championships & 42nd ASEAN Bridge Club Championships
📅 7–11 December 2026
📍 Indoor Sports Centre, Olympic Council of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur

The Malaysian Contract Bridge Association will be hosting the 9th South East Asia Bridge Federation Championships and 42nd ASEAN Bridge Club Championships in Kuala Lumpur.

Eligibility:
• SEABF Championships: For citizens of South East Asian NBOs
• ASEAN Championships: Open to all players

The venue is located near Chinatown, with many shops, restaurants, and hotels nearby. It is also directly opposite Merdeka 118 and is well-served by public transport, with an MRT station just outside the venue.

The nearest hotel is Hotel Olympic Malaysia, which is adjoining the venue.

We are grateful to all local and overseas players for your participation, sportsmanship, and support throughout the competition. Your presence helped make this year’s Pesta Sukan a lively and memorable weekend of bridge.

Duration:
• Friday, 10 July, 9:00am–1:00pm (setup)
• Sunday, 12 July, 7:30pm till end of teardown
Pay: $15/hour

2) Vugraph Operators — 4 needed
Duration:
• Saturday, 11 July, 8:30am–12:20pm and 1:30pm–5:55pm
• Sunday, 12 July, 9:00am–12:20pm and 1:30pm–6:10pm
Requirement: Must have a Windows laptop and bring your own charger
Pay: $20/hour

3) Caddies — 2 needed
Duration: Same as Vugraph Operators
Role: Assist with board movement, player enquiries, toilet control, and other event support
Pay: $12/hour

Things to Note:
• Payout will be done at the end of your schedule.
• Vugraph Operators and Caddies who are staying for the entirety of Saturday and/or Sunday will be provided lunch, but lunch duration is unpaid.
