We’re hosting a totally FREE trial class hosted by TCW, from 10am-11am. This session is reserved exclusively for NON-MEMBERS and FIRST-TIMERS ONLY. Sorry members, you have to sit this one out!

It’s the perfect, zero-pressure way to learn the ropes, break a sweat and see what we’re all about.

We don't expect you to step onto the mats and go 12 rounds on day one. Boxing is human chess and we teach you how to play it piece by piece.. from locking in your stance and snapping that first jab, to building the cardio engine that keeps you moving.

The hardest combination you'll throw today is simply getting off the couch and pushing open our front doors. We’ll handle the rest!
