Team huddle at over a rainy Sunday with time spent framing perspectives and upgrading our skills.
Not a class, not a WOD. Just the team in the weeds together, breaking down how we cue, how we correct, how we actually coach a room instead of just running one. Then went down the rabbit hole on bar muscle ups for a good while!
This is the unseen part of what makes a class feel the way it feels. Standards don’t hold themselves up. Coaches do.

Our next cycle will last for 8 weeks (6 Jul - 30 Aug), and is going to be a Hybrid (no, not that kind of Hybrid😛) strength and skill building cycle!
With an eye on several fitness events coming up in the 2nd half of the year (Urban Throwdown, SWF Club Meets) this cycle will help lay the broad foundation of work and skill acquisition before we get into more specialized training.
We’re also looking at more Metcons than our previous SHRED cycle and they will start to ramp up a little, in order to keep our general conditioning up to speed!
As always, have fun, stay safe and see you guys in the box!

A day to slow down, enjoy the sea breeze, soak up some sunshine and run around on the beach like nothing else matters!
We often talk about training for longevity, but longevity isn’t just about being stronger and living longer - it’s having a community you’re glad to spend those years with.
Thank you for showing up and being part of the chorus of laughter that all left our faces hurting😂💛

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY to all the dads and father figures in our community 💛
To the dads who spend most of their days putting everyone else first, this is your reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
Every workout is an investment - in your health, your energy, your ability to keep saying “yes” to the people who depend on you.
To be there for the school runs.
To carry your kids a little longer.
To kick the ball around without getting winded.
To lead not just with your words, but with your actions.
The strongest thing a father can do isn’t to have all the answers, it’s to show his children that looking after yourself is part of looking after the people you love 💛

Coaches put in the work too.
Coach Agnes Chang and Joshua Lee didn’t just show up to The Kampung Games 2026 🇸🇬. They trained for it. Watched what they eat. Stayed consistent. Showed up for themselves the same way they ask you to show up every week. The result? An amazing display of heart, effort and preparation!
And what made it even better? Our community showed up. Cheering, supporting, being exactly what this family does best.
Our coaches don’t just ask you to keep going. They live it. Walk the talk. They’re not just telling you high intensity works. They’re proving it. In real time.
That’s the standard they set. Time for us to follow along 😂💪🏻
Proud of these two!
