Notes on how to swim better, and health related matters I am an STA certified swimming coach who is also an energetic Singaporean lady.

I am very active, love exercise, food and friends. I can speak in most languages (English, Mandarin, Teo Chew, Cantonese, Hokkien, and a bit of Malay).
