Almost a 3-month old news article about how local gyms helped gymgoers ease into working out in the gym without feeling "gymtimidation”, an anxiety involves feelings of nervousness or discomfort when exercising in a gym setting. BGA also shared about how we helped beginners and friends with special needs to navigate in the gym independently.
