is easily dismissed as an over-used buzzword today. Most people see it as taking time off work, go on a holiday, visit the spa or gym, spend time on hobbies, hanging out with friends.
Yes, self-care is all those things, but it is much more than that. It's about knowing and honouring what *nourishes* you in every aspect of your life so that you have the *energetic capacity* to show up in life the way you want to in a sustainable way.
