I know we all want lots of things in our life. But down to earth. good health, strong mind set and happy family are the important things in my life.

So In 2024, I wish all my family, friends far and near in good health 💪 I wish Pixie Warriors will continue to grow in my new home town: Brisbane Australia. ❤️

Sunday usually is my working day. But even when I’m traveling those lovely folks still want to exercise.

Might be I can’t be there but zoom class with different camera, I can still watch and correct their form 😊 We have worked this out.
