Rooted in the graceful traditions of Kathak Indian Classical Dance, Sheetal began her dance journey at

the tender age of 6. Her extraordinary dedication led her to complete the Master of Arts (8-year program) in Kathak, earning the prestigious title- 'Kala Ratan (Alankar Purna)' from Khairagarh University, India. With over a decade of intense training, Sheetal has become a versatile artist capable of mastering and teaching multiple dance forms, including Kathak, Bollywood, Semi-classical, Indian Folk Dances, and more. Her vast repertoire of dance styles and choreographies has made her a celebrated artist and instructor/teacher. Some of her impressive accolades include:

- 'Mrs. Bharat Icon 2018', crowned at an International Beauty Pageant
- 'Gold Medal' in Kathak, awarded by the Government of India
- Honored as one of the Top 30 Dancers on 'Dance Singapore Dance'
- Invited for a special dance performance in ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Reloaded’ on Colors TV
- Best Garba Dancer of Singapore for two consecutive years
- Choreographed performances for the 'Singapore Youth Festival'
- Honored as a 'Versatile & Talented Student of the Year' by the Government of Madhya Pradesh (India)
- '1st Prize winner' at the Dance Competition, organized by the Indian Women's Association, Singapore
- Theatre Actor in Singapore's renowned Theatre Production Companies- 'Dastak' and 'The Stage Club'
- Conducted numerous Kathak, Semi-classical, and Bollywood Dance Workshops at prestigious colleges and universities in India, Singapore, and Australia
