BP Breakthrough Sessions into July keep the weekly Gym Guide sessions going while introducing a focused Slab Session designed to help you better understand balance, movement efficiency, and trust in your feet.

From regular guided support to skill-specific focus, each session is designed to help you understand what to adjust and progress more clearly.

Book your slot via the BP App, as only a limited number of slots are available. Sessions are free, but an Entry Pass/Monthly Plan applies.

BP Benchmark returns for the Grade 7 Grading Exercise. A new set of BP Benchmark climbs, the next badge to earn, and another chance to be part of the journey.
