The next 13 weeks are not about doing more.
They’re about doing what matters.
ASCEND is built around strength progression, competition-specific conditioning, skill development under fatigue, and Olympic lifting efficiency. Every track moves toward one goal: being ready when it counts.
Front Squat. Bench Press.
Pull-Ups. Toes-to-Bar.
Sn**ch. Clean & Jerk.
Anaerobic output under pressure.
September isn’t the goal.
It’s the test.
ASCEND begins now.
📅 Cycle dates: 29 June – 27 September 2026 (13 Weeks)

Most people get this backwards.
Grip strength doesn't predict longevity because squeezing a gripper makes you healthier.
Grip strength predicts longevity because stronger people tend to live longer.
The same habits that build strength—consistent training, progressive overload, maintaining muscle mass, and staying physically capable—are the habits associated with better long-term health outcomes.
That's why grip strength is such a useful marker.
Not because your hands determine your lifespan.
But because they're often a reflection of everything else you've done.
Train for strength.
Train for capacity.
Train for the decades ahead.
The grip follows.

You might not need a personal trainer.
If the goal is to spend a lot of time in the gym and not be entirely sure what you accomplished, you’re probably doing fine on your own.
But if you’re training because you want something — a specific result, a stronger body, a faster recovery, a skill you’re trying to build — guessing isn’t a strategy. Neither is borrowing someone else’s programme and hoping it fits.
Personal training at RxP isn’t about having someone count your reps. It’s about having a plan that’s actually designed for you, coached in real time, and adjusted as you go.
You’ll train less randomly. You’ll progress more consistently. And you’ll stop wondering whether what you’re doing is actually working.
DM us “PT” if you’re ready to find out what training with purpose actually feels like.
