💪 Exercise Spotlight: Assisted Tricep Dips

Looking to build stronger, more defined arms? Assisted tricep dips are a great way to strengthen your triceps while also engaging your chest and shoulders.

✅ Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears
✅ Lower yourself with control until your elbows reach about 90°
✅ Push through your palms to return to the starting position
✅ Avoid locking out your elbows at the top

✨ Pro Tip: Focus on slow, controlled reps instead of rushing. Good form will always beat more reps!
