Meet Yasmeen from BFT Tampines West 🤍
“What got me into fitness was my own journey growing up. I was on the bigger side as a child, and one day, I decided that I wanted to prioritise my health. I challenged myself to lose weight, and that journey sparked my passion for fitness.
As I learnt more and started seeing my own progress, I realised how much fitness could transform not just your body, but your confidence and overall well-being.”
Her favourite BFT program? CrewFit because it’s all about teamwork where everyone pushes each other, and there’s something special about suffering through a tough workout together.

"BFT TW at 6:15 AM has truly become the place where my heart lies. If you told me before that I’d be waking up at 5:30 AM every day for this, I never would have believed it!
I initially joined just to manage work stress and prioritize my health, but I never expected this place would mean so much to me. Made me stronger physically and mentally. Absolutely love the balance of cardio and strength —the structured programming lets me focus on proper technique, taking me from lifting minimal weights to completely challenging my capacity during benchmark testing. (Thank you, Jac 🫶🏻)
To the incredibly supportive coaches and the 6.15 am crew- thank you for pushing me beyond boundaries. Forever grateful from the bottom of my heart! ✨💪🔥"

"I initially joined BFT 2 months before my first ever HYROX race just to familiarise myself with some stations for the race. At that time, I was weighing in at my heaviest and had not been exercising regularly.
4 months later, I lost 10kg, and through each BFT session, I found myself enjoying exercising again!! I also found consistency in building up both my fitness and confidence levels. Even though race day is over, I still look forward to going for my BFT sessions, sweating it out, and hitting BFT medals with the really fun and fantastic members!
Special shoutout to all the BFT TW trainers for always encouraging me on my fitness journey, ensuring proper form, and that extra push to hit new heights! Best Fitness Trainers in Tampines West! 💪🏻Cheers!"
