"We honestly didn’t expect this one!

For the past 8 months, BFT Tampines West has become part of our daily evening routine - showing up together, pushing through the tough sessions, and keeping each other accountable even on the days we didn’t feel like it. Our very first session together was Crew Fit, and let’s just say we almost died. We somehow kept coming back anyway.

👑 A huge thank you to all the coaches and to the BFT TW community for constantly pushing us and making this place feel like home. This one’s for every session we almost skipped but didn’t 💙
