It is usually around this time that those initial resolutions begin to fade, and the mid-year fatigue starts to settle in. But real growth happens in those quiet, unglamorous moments when you choose to show up anyway.

Whether it is mastering a new stroke technique, refining your breathing pattern, or simply finding the discipline to get into the pool after a long day at work or school—consistency is what turns raw effort into excellence.
