First touch. First pass. First goal. ⚽✨

This week, MFS had the privilege of running a training session with the Youth Mentoring Club — and for many of these players, it was their very first time ever touching a football.

Watching that spark of “I can do this” light up on a kid’s face? That’s the whole reason we do this. Every big footballer started with a first touch, and today, a whole new group of players took theirs.

⚡ FUN FACT: Speed Shooting ⚡

In a real match, players rarely get a free shot. The ball comes fast, pressure comes faster ⏱️

That’s why speed shooting is a key part of our 1-to-1 training.

It trains players to:
✅ Develop skill mastery under pressure situation
✅ Shooting technique
✅ Stay sharp under pressure

Because good shooting isn’t just about power — it’s about speed of thought. 🧠⚡

For a start, you can try it out with feet-change and as you feel more confident with the movement, you can include the fake-shot.
