Although we missed sharing our 1st Leg highlights earlier, we'd like to take this opportunity to recognise the dedication and hard work of our Sembawang Country Club juniors, who have proudly flown the Club's flag across the first two legs of the Junior Inter Club League (JICL) 2026.

A special shout-out to Dylan Chua, who delivered an outstanding performance to clinch 1st Place in the A Division Individual Event with 29 Stableford points! 👏

Sembawang Country Club's Junior Team enjoyed an unforgettable mid-season getaway to the beautiful The Els Club Desaru Coast on 24 June 2026.

The trip brought together our juniors and their parents for a wonderful day of golf, fun and fellowship.

We were also honoured to have our Club Captain Kenneth Gn, join us on this special trip, spending quality time with our juniors and showing his continued support for the development of the junior program in SCC.

After a scenic journey to Desaru, the group teed off on the spectacular Coast and Ridge Courses, enjoying the breathtaking views and creating memorable moments on the fairways.

Beyond the game, everyone gathered for a delicious buffet lunch and dinner at the Ocean Course Clubhouse, followed by an exciting lucky draw that brought even more smiles and laughter to the day.

A heartfelt thank you to our junior golfers, parents, committee members, and especially Club Captain Kenneth Gn, for making this trip such a memorable and successful one. We are also incredibly grateful to all the parents who shared their wonderful feedback and kind words in our WhatsApp group. Your appreciation means a great deal to the organising team We hope everyone returned home with wonderful memories and strengthened friendships.

What a fantastic Saturday filled with fun, food, and community spirit!

From indulging in delicious goreng pisang and refreshing cendol by to cheering on our lucky draw winners (drawn by House Committee Member Twelve and Chairman Adrian Teng ✨), there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Our fellow juniors recently took over the state-of-the-art facilities at DB Golf Center for an exclusive Putting Masterclass!

Putting makes up nearly half of the game, and these young athletes showed incredible focus as they dialed in their setups, worked on face control, and mastered distance visualization. From technical tweaks to building solid mental routines, it was a day packed with breakthrough moments and plenty of sunk putts.

A massive thank you to the team at DB Golf Center for hosting us and providing the perfect environment for our juniors to sharpen their short game.

The future of golf is looking bright—and incredibly precise! 🌟🏌️‍♂️

Dear Members,

As part of the ongoing widening works along Toranto Road, please be informed of tree-felling activities from 12 May to 30 Jun 2026, from 8 AM to 6 PM daily.

Hard hoardings will be erected, with partial lane closures implemented and traffic controllers deployed throughout the works to ensure safety and traffic management.

As the Club is within close proximity to the works, members are advised to expect potential delays due to traffic congestion, especially during peak periods along Toranto Road. Members are also strongly encouraged to arrive earlier than their allocated tee times.

Throwback to a lovely Saturday morning on 18 Apr 2026, where 15 ladies took a well-deserved break from the greens to unwind and recharge at our complimentary Breathe & Brunch session!

The morning began with a calming yoga session by the poolside pavilions. Following the session, the ladies enjoyed a delightful brunch buffet filled with good food, warm conversations and plenty of laughter.
