Coaches give more than people see. Time after work. Weekends. Family time. Travel. Their bodies. Their energy. Their own training rounds. And sometimes, the students you help improve, win, and grow eventually leave. That is part of the journey. Real coaches do not own students. They prepare them. They guide them while they can.
