Bestrongr will soon release a programming for you who want to develop in crossfit.
The program is written to have you in peak form once a year just in time for crossfit open, but it is also suitable for you who just want to get better in your training in general.
The programming includes everything from warm-up, strength, metcon, gymnastics, accessory, prehab etc.
You can log your training privately or openly. All open results will be displayed on a leaderboard for the day. You can compare results and compete against each other 😀.
In the workouts All exercises have instructions videos of how to do it.
The programming will soon be released via bestrongr's web app and have a price of € 35 / month.
