Inomhussäsongen är tillbaka! I år har vi träningar varje vecka för både ungdomar (8 år +) och vuxna (16 år +). Gratis att prova på, det är bara att dyka upp (eller skriv till oss om du vill veta mer).

The indoor season is back! This year we have both youth (8-year olds +) and adult (16+) trainings weekly.
Free to try it out, just turn up (or shoot us a message if you want more information).

Youth training:
Fridays from 11th September
Gåsmyregatan 6 (Rudbeckianska nya hallen)
18:30-20:00

Adult training:
Thursdays from 3rd September (beginner-friendly trainings throughout September)
Emaushallen
20:30-22:00

It's been a minute! But we've had quite a busy end of summer at VSTU!
We joined the amazing Back To School event in Västerås, showing the families of the city what ultimate is. Lots of sun, throwing surrounded by other awesome things people can do in
We went to our first beach tournament at Mixed Beach SM! Lots of layouts, swimming, curry, Minigolf and fun!
Yesterday we were a part of the Welcoming 2026 at Mälardalens universitet - MDU organised by Mälardalens Studentkår . Was great to meet lots of new students and talk to you about ultimate in Västerås!

Don’t forget our second youth session before summer break happening tomorrow (Sunday 24th May!). It’s going to be a hot one! ☀️😎🥏

Just a reminder that the beginner's course starts tonight (4th May)! Just come to Blåsbo IP at 18:30 (there should be a banner and a sign!).

What to bring: shoes/clothes you can run in, and water. (If possible, shoes with studs are best e.g. football boots, but not essential!). Come learn ultimate and enjoy the sun! 🌞

We are running another beginners course for adults this May!
If you are 16+ and looking for a fun sport to try, come and have a go! The course is totally free and open to all, with no sign up required.

Once again we teamed up with our friends from Jönköping today and took part in the 2nd round of this season’s Östsvenska Ultimateligan 🥏

Our last youth prova på session of the year is coming up and we’ve now extended the age group to kids born 2009-2016.
