This weekend went down like…
💃 ❤️🌸👯‍♀️🐈☀️

Pictures can never capture the full extent of different emotions running like a river through me experiencing life this Summer. However, they can for sure remind me.

I’m capturing the moments and make a conscious note to choose aliveness and gratitude the best I can in the short Summer season we have.

Because, here today, gone tomorrow….

Without doubt.

That goes for life as well.
Bitter sweet and tender.

This morning my body is a bit worn after a couple of nights in a row dancing bachata and salsa. Ending last night with salsa at Södermannatorget with the last rays of sun coloring the Stockholm sky.

That’s the picture I missed to take last night.

What if we could invent that kind of all-sensory camera that captures the totality of an experience? ✨

I’m catching and embracing the moments of life, aliveness, awe and gratitude today. ✨

See, our spirit came here infused in our human form for us to explore, play, rejoice and expand. It’s up to us to notice and allow intuition and nudges to guide and lift us.

This day so far has been filled with TLC for my yoni at the gyno 🔥, beauty for my eyes 👁️, the sent of insence alluring me into an oriental store 👃, vintage store strolling and Summer fashion updates for inspiration 👗.

Bumping into an old collegue and having a great and heart-warm conversation 👯‍♀️ like no time had passed at all. Where she, in true Universal synchronicity surprise manners 💫, shared her valuable experiences relevant to some of my current life pathway choices of mine 🚦

Our co-creation with source is almost laughable at times! 😆 In how spot on timely, relevant and accurate it is in revealing pieces of the puzzle for our decisions and next moves. 🧩

Then I had a lovely chat with a dear friend 🌹abut everything in between high and low that constitutes a woman’s life 💄💵🧚‍♀️ and engaging in having the best Summer ☀️.

So, so grateful! 🙏🏻

Then tonight, I get to dance outdoors in a Summer beautiful Stockholm 💃🕺🏻

Like in this moment life is complete.
When we are able to take in, be in and embrace the now, we are rich.

Not only beauty, but life, aliveness and gratitude are in the eye of the beholder.

We get to chose how we perceive reality.

🖤 Empty or full?
🤍 Lack or rich?
🖤 Low or high?
🤍 Boring or intriguing?
🖤 Hostile or loving?

What are you chosing today?

There are always different versions of you with differens attitudes, patterns and abilities available at all times.

It’s the yin and yang of your beingness and potentiality at your fingertips. ☯️

Seemingly playing hide and seek under your skin, however, only a few breaths and away and with full access to the portal of the quantum field.

Ah, the delight of experiencing the glimmers of the moments and catching the awe of the in-between and the unexpected….Stockholm was on its feet yesterday evening and the city was buzzing during the Stockholm Culture Night .

To me it’s not about checking off as many boxes of doing and taking action as possible. To do it, just to do it. No.

Rather to open my senses and allow my curiosity and sense of wonder to guide. To allow myself to take in and indulge in the experiences and let it intrigue, surprise, delight, change and stretch me.

And sometimes to find out what’s not my thing, sure. It’s all part of the experience.

Letting myself be present and interested enough to co-create with the energy of the here and now of the room, the people, the interior and the activities. And yes, the food and goodies 😘
